I've mentioned this to a few people but I thought I'd mention it here as I can ask lots of people in one go. I've got a load of warlord cards at home, and I'm willing to bring them in and teach people how to play it next term. It's easy to learn and lots of fun to play, and as I have a lot of cards I can build many decks so lots of people can play at the same time. There is a website for those who want to know more: www.warlordccg.com/Just let me know if you're interested in actually playing and I'll bring my cards with me after christmas. Bribes of pink d20 will make me more likely to bring them all, one can never have enough pink d20. Edit: as an added incentive, I know a load of Warlord players in Exeter, an inter-uni competition might be possible, I'm going to mention in on their boards now.

I'd be interested in learning about Warlord, I haven't heard of it before but it looks pretty cool.
Also how about a red D20 with white swirls? Slightly reminiscent of those Campino sweets. I have one spare if it's to your liking.

I still see them around in shops and have to restrain myself from buying all of them. Just like with Poppets.
Also Raya seems to always have just a single Campino on her so she can't share with anyone... I think she may do it just to spite me.
Back to the topic though, you say all your cards are at home? So we don't even have enough to have a taster game to learn the basic rules then?
If that's the case do we know anybody else who has Warlord cards, who we might be able to borrow off of?

Unfortunately yes, but if someone wants to take a wander with me to southsea models they might have them there. I need to go there to get some models for my mordheim warband but I don't know where it is. I'm free all wednesday afternoon and I'm free today from 3ish. Starter decks aren't expensive, and they have everything you need to start playing, they're 25 cards which is the minimum you need.

It seems that they'll only stock Warlord if we get enough people to buy a whole box at a time. A friend from another uni said: "There're 24 boosters to a box, at roughly two-pound something a booster, and Battle Packs at 16 to a box, with each costing three and a half pounds." So we'll need orders of multiples of 24 boosters, and orders of multiples of 16 battle packs. Alternatively, we can order them from www.cliftonroadgames.co.uk/ which has most of the decks available, and they can send orders out via mail, which is good as it's in exeter. I'd be hesitant to do this as the postage might cost a lot, and we don't get a discount. Another alternative is that we wait untill after christmas when I'll have all my cards with me and people can see what it's like and then order cards/packs if they want, but we will have to order them in boxes.
